Information for young people using the WAYS GP Clinic
- All consultations are confidential
- If you need help to obtain your own medicare card please ask our receptionist to help you get one.
- As some young people need time to discuss their problems it is sometimes difficult to avoid a delay in our waiting room. Please ask our receptionist how long the wait is likely to be before your appointment to check if the doctor is on time. If you think you need a longer consultation make sure you let the receptionist know when you make your appointment.
- Please ring to cancel your appointment if you no longer need it.
- If you are not feeling any better after seeing the doctor, please telephone us or make another appointment.
