Our training programmes are ideal for young people. WAYS employs staff who understand the needs of young people, we have facilities where young people feel at home and are safe and can access a range of support services and programmes to help students overcome some of the difficulties preparing for work and further educational and vocational opportunities.

Accredited Training
|
- Certificate II in Retail (SIR20207)
- Certificate III in Retail (SIR30207)
Non- Accredited Training
- Numeracy and Literacy for the Real World - ideal for young people who have left school early and who need assistance with basics
- Career Taster programmes - ideal for young people not sure what they want to do. This series will expand the vision young people have for themselves
- Presentation and Preparation for Work
- A range of personal development workshops to increase personal effectiveness in the workplace
Support Services for Students
- Health clinic - Bulk billing GP and Optometrist and FREE Sexual health clinic
- Free Legal Help
- Counselling free and bulk billing
- Career Design & Vocational Counselling for individuals - one on one sessions to map out career options and pathways to achievement. There is a small fee for these services.
