WAYS Youth Training is a Registered Training Organisation, offering training programmes that are nationally recognised in the same way as a TAFE. One advantage of accredited training is that it can attract government incentives and rebates through the traineeship programme. Current qualifications available: Certificate II & III in Retail and Business.
In order to encourage employers to provide training in the workplace, government cash and rebates are able to be claimed when you implement a traineeship programme. There are two types of trainees eligible of incentives and rebates:

TYPE 1 - NEW ENTRANT This is for young people employed permanently for less than 3 months full time or 12 months part time.New entrant trainees can be eligible for Federal Government cash incentives of up to $4,000 per trainee For New Entrant Trainees State Government Incentives may inlcude payroll tax rebates, student concession card and funding for training
