Counselling

Is counselling for me???

When you are going through a rough time getting help is important whether it be from a friend, relative or professional. Sometimes it can be really daunting opening up and talking to someone about what is going on for you but remember everybody needs support! Counsellors are trained professionals that can help you address and resolve issues.

Counselling can involve identifying and exploring different issues, learning new skills and strategies to cope better with problems, gaining greater understanding of what is happening or being listened to and supported while recovering from a significant life event. If you are unsure whether counselling is for you, feel free to give us a call and we can offer you some information and advice over the phone.
