What is Youth Connections?

YOUTH CONNECTIONS is a partnership between WAYS Youth Services, OASIS Youth Support Network and Rosemount Youth and Family Services delivered on behalf of the Australian Government. Youth Connections aims to assist young people who are at risk of disengaging from education, training, family and community and for for those who have already disengaged.
Through the provision of case management and referrals to specialist services and networks of support the staff within each of the organisations can assist young people to overcome the barriers they are facing to sustaining themselves or gaining re-entry to education, training and employment options.
Together the Youth Connections partners will also be running workshops at local schools providing further information and to connect with students who may be at-risk of disengaging from the education system.
